Account Creation: o use our services, you are required to create an account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details secure.
Compliance: You agree to use our service in compliance with all applicable laws and not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
App Content: You are responsible for the content of your app, including its legality and appropriateness. Snap2App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

4. Pricing and Payments

Subscription Plans: Snap2App offers tiered subscription plans. By selecting a subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with the chosen plan.
Billing Cycle: Subscription fees will be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection during registration.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All intellectual property, such as software, trademarks, logos, and content, remains the property of Snap2App. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform solely for the purpose of building mobile apps.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload and create through Snap2App. However, you grant Snap2App a license to use your content for the purpose of providing the service.

7. App Publishing and Updates

Submission Process: Snap2App will guide you through the process of submitting your app to app stores like Google Play and the Apple App Store. However, app approval is subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms, and Snap2App does not guarantee approval.
Updates: Any updates to your app made through Snap2App will automatically be pushed to the stores, provided that you remain a subscriber.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snap2App and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of your use of the platform. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you to Snap2App during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
