What do I need to create my app?
To get started, simply provide the URL of your existing website. If you don’t have a website yet, try our website builder tool, Appos Website, to create one in minutes.
What if I don't have a website?
No problem! You can use Appos Website, our DIY website builder, to create a beautiful website quickly. If you need a more premium, custom web experience, check out Appos’ full-service design options.
Will this work with my website?
Snap2App is compatible with most websites, including e-commerce sites and those built on popular CMS platforms like WordPress, WIX, and Weebly.
How much does Snap2App cost?
Snap2App is completely free to use, supported by ads. You can convert, preview, build, and download your native web apps without any cost. For an ad-free, white-label experience, you can remove ads and branding for a one-time fee from your dashboard.
Are there any other fees?
In addition to Snap2App’s free features, you will need an Apple Developer or Google Developer account to publish your app on their respective stores. Apple charges a $99/year fee, while Google charges a one-time $25 fee.
How do I login to my dashboard?
To access your dashboard, click the login button on the Snap2App homepage and sign in using the credentials you created when setting up your app.
How will charges appear on my card statement?
Any charges related to Snap2App will appear as “Appos, LLC” (our parent company) on your statement. For billing inquiries, please contact us at support@snap2app.com.
Can I modify the source code for my app?
Yes, developers can modify the source code. However, removing Snap2App branding and ads is a violation of our Terms of Service. Doing so without paying the necessary fees could result in your app being deactivated.
What features are available for customization?
While Snap2App offers basic customization, advanced features like app icon changes, splash screens, push notifications, geolocation, and camera/mic access are not supported. For these features, we recommend exploring Appos Studio 3, which offers more robust customization options.
What happens if my website changes?
Any changes made to your website will automatically update your app in real time.
How do I publish my app?
Step-by-step instructions for publishing your app to the Apple and Google App Stores are included in your app download package (see the included ‘Docs’ folder).
Can you help me publish my app?
Yes! For an affordable one-time fee, our app experts can help publish your app to the App Store and Google Play Store. Please check the app wizard or your dashboard for up-to-date prices.
What happens if I want to remove the ads from my app?
You can remove ads for a one-time fee. This will provide you with a completely ad-free, white-label experience. For exact pricing, please check the app wizard or your dashboard.
How do I test my app before publishing?
We offer built-in iOS and Android emulators within the app wizard, allowing you to preview your app before publishing.
Why does my app run slowly in the preview?
The preview in the app wizard may run slowly because it uses React Native to simulate your app’s appearance. Once published, your app will be built using Flutter, which ensures faster performance and a smoother user experience.
Why do I occasionally have to wait in a queue to preview my app?
App previews require significant server resources, and we can only process a limited number of previews at once. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Where can I manage my account and app settings?
Sign in to your dashboard using the email and password you created during the app setup process. From there, you can update your profile, change app settings, and even remove ads at any time.
What support do you provide for Snap2App?
Yes, we offer easy-to-follow video tutorials that guide you step-by-step through the app creation process. You can also engage with other users in the Snap2App Support Community for peer-to-peer support.

What is your return/refund policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds unless your app is proven defective. Please provide relevant documentation such as screenshots and error logs to support your case. Refunds may take up to 4-6 weeks to process.
